Topic 1: Analytics for Data ware house professionals’
Speaker: Dr. Jay B.Simha, Chief Technology Officer, ABIBA Systems. De Jay has about 15 years of experience in R&D, Business Intelligence and Analytics consulting. He holds a Doctoral degree in Data Mining and Decision Support and Post Doctoral from Louisiana State University ,USA .
He is active in research and has interests in business visualization, predictive analytics and decision support. He has published about 40 papers in international journals and conferences in the areas of business intelligence and analytics.He has won numerous best paper awards in prestigious conferences, confirming the quality of work.

Topic 2: Social Media Analytics for creating effective relationship, build advocacy and improve loyalty
Speaker: Alok Kumar Jha, BI Solution Architect in Industry Solutions at IBM Industry Solutions CoE, Bangalore. Alok has 11 years of experience in the field of Data Warehousing/BI Intelligence. He has been working with IBM for last 7 years. Prior to joining IBM he worked at CTS, iGate, and SPSS in various roles.
He earned MBA degree from FMS-IIRM, Jaipur, masters in Statistics from Hindu College, Delhi. He earned his bachelors in Statistics from KMC, Delhi. His skills set include Dimensional Modeling, Data Integration (EII & ETL), Relational Reporting, OLAP, Statistical Analysis, & Data Mining & Text Analytics.
