Lakshman V Lakshmanan, “Data Quality for Information Excellence”, 3.45 PM to 4.45 PM

Lakshman V Lakshmanan has his roots in Analytics, Reporting and Data Quality solution competencies. He is currently leading the Distribution & Transportation BI teams based out of India. He has worked in companies which specialize in Consumer Finance Risk & Fraud, Customer Analysis, Merchandising Analytics domains. Over the last 8 years, he has focused on development and delivery of analytic and data quality solutions across multiple verticals.

His core interests in the field of BI Solutions, Data Mining and Analytics. His specialization areas include Shortage or Shrinkage Reduction, Heuristics, Mathematical programming, Segmentation, Optimization. He was part of the leadership team that founded a RFID based technology solutions company.

He completed his MS in Operations Research from University of Delaware and Master in Management Sciences & MSc in Chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Govind Kumar M, “Analytics in customer experience management” and “Business Expectations from Analytics” A case study approach”, 5.00 PM to 6.00 PM

Govind heads the driving Total Customer Experience (TCE) in HP’s PC business in the Asia Pacific region. He comes with comes with leadership experience in customer experience management Six Sigma, BPMS and business process excellence in the area of sales and marketing. He has strong experience driving outsourcing engagement both as a supplier and as a customer. He has start up experience too as part of Airtel’s greenfield project to roll out telecom services in India.

He has successfully led transformation initiatives in customer experience management that has delivered tangible benefits to customers and business. His experience in customer experience management covers CRM, social media management, customer & revenue analytics, churn prediction modeling, risk management and operations.

He is an Engineer-MBA, Master Black Belt, Certified PMP and NLP Master Practitioner. In free time, he enjoys alternate healing techniques such as reiki and bach flower, apart from conducting NLP workshops.
