Jyoti Sahai : CMD, Kavaii Business Analytics India Pvt. Ltd., Silicon Valley East (Bangalore)

Mr. Jyoti Sahai brings over 34 years experience in Banking and IT industries with Indian and multinational banking and IT organizations. Previously Mr. Sahai was CEO at Deutsche Software, a premier software development organization for Deutsche Bank among other major clients. Mr Sahai is a recognized industry expert in  banking and finance, managing of large projects, and in managing process improvement initiatives. Mr. Sahai’s current passions include data analytics, especially in areas of enterprise performance management, financial dashboards, banking domain, and process improvement.

Mr. Sahai is an active advisor to the CEO and leadership team at IT services companies. Mr. Sahai has held senior leadership positions at several leading software and services firms, some of which are – Executive Vice President at vMoksha; Principal – Banking at IBM Global Services; CEO of Deutsche Software; and Consultant at TCS. Mr Sahai graduated from IIT Kanpur, India.

Neerav Joshipura, Senior Manager and Tower Head, Financial Services, IBM

Neerav comes with close to 20 years of IT Services and Product Development experience,a cross companies like IBM, IGate, iFlex etc. He is currently the Sr Delivery Manager and Managed a Service Tower in IBM’s Financial and Telecom domains.He has over 13 years of BFSI DWH experience and is well versed with the complete product development and service deployment lifecycle.

He is one of the founding members and current Vice President of DAMA Bangalore Chapter, as well as a active member of TDWI and Information Excellence Groups.
